By submitting a photo or video (“Content”) to the #ShowUsTeulon campaign, you (“Submitter”) agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Ownership & Rights

• By submitting Content, you acknowledge and agree that all submissions become the exclusive property of the Town of Teulon upon submission. 

• The Town of Teulon has the perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the Content for any purpose, including but not limited to:  

• Social media 

• Website and digital platforms 

• Promotional and marketing materials 

• Printed publications 

• Public displays 

2. No Rights Retained by Submitter

• Submitters waive all rights, including moral rights, and will not receive compensation, attribution, or approval rights over how the Town of Teulon uses the Content. 

• Submitters do not retain any ownership, license, or claim over the Content once submitted. 

3. Content Guidelines

• Content must be original and owned by the Submitter. 

• Submissions must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material. 

• If any person appears in the Content, the Submitter must have obtained their permission to be included. 

4. Liability & Indemnification

• The Submitter confirms that their Content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or rights of third parties. 

• The Submitter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Teulon from any claims related to the submitted Content. 

5. Public Display & Modifications

• The Town of Teulon may edit, crop, enhance, or modify the Content for branding and marketing purposes. 

• The Town has full discretion over when, where, and how the Content is displayed or used. 

6. Privacy & Personal Information

• The Town of Teulon will not collect or publish any personal information without consent, except where necessary for contest announcements or recognition. 

By submitting Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit any Content.
